No contraband of any kind will be permitted on board. Client shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with New York Water Taxi's policies and all applicable laws and regulations governing consumption of alcoholic beverages, including but not limited to all laws governing age of consumption of alcoholic beverages. New York Water Taxi vessels have a fully enclosed cabin and are comfortable in all weather conditions. If you cancel your charter because of the weather, because of your illness or the illness of any guest or for any other reason, you will be responsible for payment of the percentage of the Vessel Charter Price specified above, depending on the time of cancellation. Under law and maritime custom, while underway the Captain of the vessel is responsible for the safety of the vessel and the well being of its passengers. All directives of the Captain while the vessel is underway must be followed by you and your guests. Failure of you or your guests to do so may result in an early termination of the charter by the Captain. There will be no refunds under such circumstances. If the Captain determines that weather conditions, mechanical difficulties with the vessel, or any other occurrence make it unsafe to sail, the charter may be terminated by the Captain at any time. In such event you will receive a full refund of the Vessel Charter Price, but New York Water Taxi will not be liable for any other expenses you may incur or any other consequential damages.
