During this interim period of construction, access to the 9/11 Memorial is managed by a timed reservation system for both individuals and groups.

The timed Visitor Pass allow passengers to plan their visit to the 9/11 Memorial at a select time to coordinate with their NYWT Hop-On/Hop-Off Pass from Pier 84, West 44th Street to Battery Park, Slip 6 – a short walk from the 9/11 Memorial.
