Celebrate the coming All Hallow's Eve in a new way-while taking in spectacular views of Manhattan that can only be seen from the New York Harbor. Take in the DJ's funky beats and do some monster mashing on the dance floor - you'll certainly be met by a dashing vampire or a temptress witch!

Be sure to pull out all the stops on your costume - our judges will be selecting winners in several categories and awarding the most daring and creative!
